This piece was heavy inspired by the de Stilj art movement. Specifically I was basing my work of the painter Piet Mondrian and one of his most famous works Composition with Red, Blue and Yellow. I wanted to emulate the distinctive style of this piece with the iconic primary colour squares and black lines, however not only did I want to replicate this style I wanted to be able to generate near infinite different variations. By refreshing the page you will see the squares randomly generate in different positions.
